New to CBD?
If you are new to full spectrum CBD (cannabidiol), we advise that you begin with a “low and slow” dosing approach for our ingestibles (oil drops or gummies). CBD is non-intoxicating; however, you may notice a calming effect as the anti-inflammatory properties activate the endocannabinoid system. Full spectrum CBD contains many other phytocannabinoids that work synergistically in what’s known as The Entourage Effect. Think of CBD like a multivitamin, just as you might take to replenish essential nutrients on a daily basis to support your health.
For the oil drops: Start with ½ dropper = 25mg (1500mg bottle) under the tongue for sublingual absorption (digestive acid in the stomach can break down the delicate phytocannabinoids). You may notice a calming effect immediately as the CBD interacts with receptor sites in the nervous system. Wait at least ½ – 1 hour before taking more and work your way up to the recommended dose on the bottle label. *Note: Higher concentration oil drops (2500mg vs 1500mg) may be necessary for best results.
For the gummies: Start by cutting a gummy in half (25mg) and wait at least ½ -1 hour before taking more. Chew thoroughly and allow it to sit under the tongue for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. If you can feel the effects, then that may be a sufficient dose. Otherwise, go ahead and take the other 1/2 gummy and reassess how you feel (50mg CBD per gummy).

*** Drug Testing: Because our products contain full spectrum CBD made from hemp-derived phytocannabinoids, there is THC within the legal limits (<0.3% by weight). It is possible this could result in a failed drug test if you are consuming sufficient quantities of our oil drops or gummies.
The topical salve is for external use only and will not affect test results. The topical salve works wonders when applied to muscle soreness/ aches/ cramps or joint pain. It also speeds recovery from skin abrasions and burns. Apply generously to sore/ painful areas and massage into the soft tissue for best results.
